The Intention
The intention behind this work is simple… to create a space where beauty and wellbeing can exist together. Haircare can be more than a routine service. When approached with care and awareness, it becomes an opportunity to slow down, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Meet Kelli
Kelli has spent more than two decades working in the beauty industry and has gradually evolved her work to reflect a deeper understanding of wellness and healing. Alongside holistic haircare, she is also a Reiki Master and yoga teacher who believes that true beauty is supported from within. Her work blends professional hair artistry with a calm, restorative approach that honors both outer beauty and inner wellbeing. When Kelli isn’t doing hair or teaching, you’ll likely find her outdoors with her best friend and soul dog, Bindi… playing ball at the beach, riding horses, hiking among the pine trees, or off on a road trip exploring new places in nature.
Clean Haircare
The products used are thoughtfully chosen with both performance and wellbeing in mind. Clean, high quality formulas support healthy hair while minimizing unnecessary ingredients that can disrupt the body or environment. The lines used are free from synthetic fragrance, PPD, resorcinol, and many of the harsh chemicals commonly found in conventional haircare. Instead, they rely on plant based ingredients, essential oils, and nourishing botanicals to support the health of the hair and scalp.

Horse Communication + Energy Workshop
A Three-Hour Immersive Experience with Rebecca Mehta & Kelli Martin
Energy is the horse's language. But how often do we pause to notice the energy we bring into a space?
Horses have an incredible ability to communicate through body language, energy, boundaries, and subtle shifts in their environment. They are deeply sensitive to what is happening around them, often responding to things we may not even be consciously aware of.
Throughout this experience, we'll have the opportunity to observe and connect with a beautiful herd of Icelandic horses.
What if we could learn to become more aware of our own energy, recognize subtle shifts within ourselves, and begin to understand how our energy influences the way we connect with others, including horses?
Join Rebecca Mehta and Kelli Martin for a three-hour immersive experience exploring horse communication, energy awareness, and the relationship between our nervous system, our energy, and the world around us.
Through education, guided instruction, observation, and experiential practices, we'll explore three interconnected areas.
Understanding the Language of Horses
You'll be guided in exploring how horses communicate with one another and with us through body language, movement, energy, boundaries, and subtle cues.
You'll begin to develop a deeper understanding of how horses express themselves, communicate their needs, and respond to their environment.
Through guided observation and experiential learning, we'll explore the importance of presence, awareness, and respecting the horses' boundaries and choices.
Understanding and Attuning to Your Own Energy
You'll be guided through accessible energy awareness and self-healing practices designed to help you slow down, become more present, and develop a deeper connection with your own energy.
Together, we'll explore grounding practices, energy clearing, sensing subtle energy, and introductory self-Reiki practices that you can incorporate into your everyday life.
You'll learn ways to become more aware of your internal state, recognize subtle energetic shifts, and explore how grounding and nervous system awareness can support a greater sense of presence and connection.
Deepening Our Connection with Horses
By bringing together what we've learned about how horses communicate with a greater awareness of our own energy, we can begin to explore a deeper, more meaningful connection with horses.
Through these practices, we'll explore how our energy, presence, and awareness influence the way we approach and interact with horses, while honoring their boundaries and choices.
This creates an opportunity to connect in a more intentional and authentic way, allowing connection to unfold naturally rather than through expectation.
Reiki + Sound Healing Experience
We'll close our time together by inviting you to lie back, relax, and receive a restorative Reiki and sound healing experience in the presence of the herd.
Surrounded by nature and the gentle presence of the horses, you'll have an opportunity to slow down, rest, and simply receive, allowing space to integrate everything you've experienced throughout our time together.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover a different way of listening, sensing, and connecting with the world around you.
No previous experience with horses, Reiki, or energy work is necessary. This is an experiential workshop focused on personal exploration, energy awareness, and connection.
Come with an open mind, a curious heart, and a willingness to explore and connect.
